One of the four stages called Quest 14 (PSP) or 15 (360, PC) in the Hero 30 mode of Half Minute Hero. It is reached by completing the previous quest Nun and the Devil using the Devil Route. Beating this quest leads to Twin Valley but yields no equipment reward.

- Standard Run
- This quest provides a permanent power boost, so it's relatively safe to dash constantly. There are four deserts in the map; three need to be restored to access Evil Lord Melanibin's castle. Each desert has a group of sandstorms that trigger a fight with a Wraith when entered, and of these a certain one will restore the desert to a forest. In the first desert this is the north-most one. In the central desert it is the middle one, and in the third desert it is the east-most one featuring a Skull Dragon instead. For the optional western desert it is the north-most one; restoring this provides the Forest Guard title and access to a town selling food and a herb.
- Before using each desert's respective "correct" sandstorms, defeat the Wraiths in the others. Doing this for all four deserts results in the Unlucky title. Note that this will take long enough to require praying at a goddess statue, either at the initial village or an empty village to the east of the central desert.
- Speed Run
- This is tricky as simply taking the correct sandstorms will leave you too weak to get through Melanibin's flame attack regardless of equipment. By using equipment that focuses on strength and weight (such as the Lavish Mail and Gold Scudetto), and making use of two incorrect sandstorms for experience, it is possible to defeat the evil lord at level 14 using a herb without needing to pray at a goddess statue.
